How we build

  1. 01

    Local-first

    Clipboards, port history, game progress: kept on your device. Our desktop tools and offline games need no server of ours to work.

  2. 02

    Open source where it matters

    The developer tools that touch your clipboard and your processes are MIT licensed, and every release is built by CI from a tag you can read.

  3. 03

    Honest about data

    ClipWheel and portiye send no telemetry. Where an app or game shows ads, its privacy policy names the ad network and what it collects.

  4. 04

    Native on every platform

    Tauri and Rust on the desktop instead of a bundled browser; Apple frameworks such as ARKit, RealityKit and Safari Web Extensions on iOS and macOS.

Since 2025 we have shipped two open-source desktop tools and six apps and games on the App Store: a radial clipboard manager and a port manager for developers, an augmented-reality animal encyclopedia, a Safari measuring extension, a mythology library and a nine-chapter visual novel among them.

We ship in small, complete releases. Every product comes with its own support page, privacy policy and translations, up to 51 languages on iOS and 28 on the desktop.

AI is part of how we build. Our repositories carry instructions for coding agents (CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md), so tools like Claude Code work inside the same architecture rules and checks as every other change. That is how a small studio keeps desktop and mobile products moving at once.

Next up: Sky Boom: City Defense and Animal World Adventure, and notarized, signed builds of ClipWheel.

Mustafa Savul founded Tulga Labs and builds every product himself, from the Rust desktop tools to the iOS apps and games. He is a senior frontend engineer with 7+ years of experience shipping high-traffic e-commerce and enterprise platforms with React, Next.js and TypeScript, at companies including LC Waikiki, DGPays and Hepsiburada.
